I can’t track my orders

I’ve made my order on May 16, 2018. I received and E-mail from YGESHOP EN saying my order has been completed but when I go to my account in YG shop, i cant find my order status or the delivery status therefore, I can’t track my order. Please help me and please reply ASAP
