[Notice on Video Call Fan Sign Event]
1. This event is held only via the LINE username collected in accordance with the agreement to the collection of personal information. The event will be held in order starting at the announced time.
2. The event will be held in the order of the list written on the website when winners are announced.
3. Participation may be limited if there is a problem with your network connection or device settings.
Calls will not be remade if the call does not go through due to a problem with the network or if the call is cut off. Please check your network environment and screen and audio settings in advance.
4. Each winner of this event will be allotted 1 minute to participate in a video call with the 5 members of their chosen unit. Calls will be cancelled when unanswered more than twice.
5. Only the winners are eligible to participate in this event. The call may be ended if more than 2 people are seen on the screen.


[FAN SIGN EVENT Cautions]
1. Customers who purchase the product to enter the event must enter all of their information and complete payment within the entry period in order to complete event entry.
2. Contact information cannot be modified once the event entry is complete. Please make sure to provide the correct information.
3. Customers who purchase the product within the event period will automatically be entered in the event. Cancellation or refund requests are not accepted for a change of mind once the product sales period has ended.
4. The number of event entries is equivalent to the number of products purchased.
5. Event winners will be notified via the information entered at the time of purchase (legal name (as shown on ID), birthdate, phone number, and email).
6. Legal names are based on those through which identity verification is possible using an ID. For non-Koreans, please write the English name displayed on your passport.
7. Multiple entries are permitted, however, multiple wins are not.
