[Notice on MEET FANSIGN EVENT Operation]
1. The winners’ identities will be verified before admission. Please prepare an ID that shows your photo and birthdate. (Event participation is not permitted for those without an ID or if the entrant’s name does not match that on the ID.)
* The following forms of IDs are accepted for identity verification. Please check in advance.
- Korean Minors: Student ID (elementary, middle, or high school), passport, and nationally certified certificates bearing an ID photo and birthdate
- Korean Adults: Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, and passport
- All Non-Koreans: Passport and Alien Registration Card
- Excluding Korean minors, student IDs (including university student IDs) will not be accepted for identity confirmation.

* Only physical IDs showing your photo and birthdate are accepted. Photos of ID are not accepted.
* Admission tickets for the fan sign event are non-transferrable. (Violators may be forced to leave the venue.)
* Those who participate in the fan sign event under someone else’s name will be asked to leave the venue immediately.

2. Participants can only receive an autograph on the item provided at the venue. Items other than the album, such as photocards or personal belongings, brought for the purpose of autographing will be confiscated by a staff member at the venue.
3. The use of recording devices for photos, videos, and audios is prohibited both during the event and while waiting to enter. While waiting for or during the event, please leave any recording devices, including cameras, phones, and smart watches, at your seat.
4. You may only sit in your assigned seat. Changing seats during the fan sign event is not permitted.
5. Those who behave inappropriately or make unseemly remarks to the artist(s) will be restricted by the staff members at the venue. Those who continue to perform such acts even after receiving a warning may be asked to leave the venue. Please act with caution.



[Notice on Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 at the Venue]
1. Wearing a KF94 mask is mandatory once entering the venue (including in the lobby and auditorium). Entry will be restricted for those not wearing a mask.
2. Disposable gloves will be distributed at the venue. Please wear your gloves before entering.
3. A gap between seats will be maintained to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
4. A transparent panel will be installed between the artist(s) and fans.

These measures are taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and for the safety of the artist(s) and fans. Your understanding and cooperation is much appreciated.



[FAN SIGN EVENT Cautions]
1. Customers who purchase the product to enter the event must enter all of their information and complete payment within the entry period in order to complete event entry.
2. Contact information cannot be modified once the event entry is complete. Please make sure to provide the correct information.
3. Customers who purchase the product within the event period will automatically be entered in the event. Cancellation or refund requests are not accepted for a change of mind once the product sales period has ended.
4. The number of event entries is equivalent to the number of products purchased.
5. Event winners will be notified via the information entered at the time of purchase (legal name (as shown on ID), birthdate, phone number, and email).
6. Legal names are based on those through which identity verification is possible using an ID. For non-Koreans, please write the English name displayed on your passport.
7. Multiple entries are permitted, however, multiple wins are not.
8. Only the event winners are eligible to participate in the event. Contact information cannot be modified, and transfers are not permitted. Disadvantages that occur from transfers are solely the buyer’s responsibility. Take caution as those who did not win the event are not eligible to participate.
9. After winners are announced, information on event operation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of event entry. Please make sure to check the notice included in the email.
10. When entering the event, the following personal information will be collected and provided to third parties to run the event and prevent duplicate wins.

- Purpose of collection: Winner selection and identity confirmation for the fan sign event

11. Event participation may be restricted for those who wear revealing clothes to the event.
