and customer-centric experience.

Upgraded Services

1. Our search filter has become more powerful.

• You can now filter by artist, brand, and color within search results.
• The search bar has an added autocomplete feature.
• You can now see trending keywords.

2. We’ve made it easier to view Cart and place orders.

• You can view Cart directly from the product page after you add an item to Cart.
• You can place orders straight from the pop-up window that opens when you add an item to Cart.
• We’ve modified the order page interface to make it more user-friendly.

3. You can now navigate pages and menus more easily on mobile.

• All pages now have a ‘Back’ and a ‘Go to Different Menu’ feature.
• You can now place orders and add items to Cart or Wish List without scrolling down the product page.
• You can select product options more quickly and conveniently than before.

■ Your profile needs to be updated due to YG SELECT service upgrades.

• Step 1. Go to ‘Forgot Password’ and enter the email address you provided during registration to receive a temporary password.
• Step 2. Sign in with the temporary password sent to your email, then change your password at My Account.
• Step 3. Go to My Account > Order History, Reward Points, and Edit Profile to make sure your account information is accurate.

※ We cannot issue a temporary password if the email address you entered does not match the one registered on your account.

■ The following usernames cannot be used to sign in. Please register again.

• Usernames containing special characters (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), -, _, [, ], {, >, ~, etc.) (Examples: love___pink, love1234☆
• Usernames that start with numbers (Examples: 2love77, 1234love)
• Usernames containing numbers only (Example: 12345)
• Usernames in email address format (Example: love@google.com)
• Usernames containing characters from Korean, Chinese, or any language other than English (Examples: 홍길동, 블핑love, yg愛, 秀秀)
• Usernames with less than 4 or more than 16 characters (Examples: lov, love1234567891011)

※ All uppercase letters in usernames will be automatically changed to lowercase. (Example: LOVElove è lovelove)

■ You can no longer sign in using Facebook, Amazon, and Yahoo accounts.

• For non-Korean social media accounts, you can sign in with your registered email address.
• Other social media accounts will be replaced with a username provided by YG SELECT.
