[Product Tester Q&A] 🙋 Do I have to show my face in the videos? ✔️The videos do not have to show your face. ✔️Please be careful not to include the faces of anyone who hasn’t consented to filming (such as café customers, park visitors, etc.). ✔️For voiceovers, please use your own voice. 🙋 Can I film with my phone? ✔️Of course! You don’t need to use a high-end camera. Please just make sure the footage isn’t too shaky so that the products can be properly shown. ✔️Resolution: Upload videos in HD (1080p) or higher. 🙋 How do I create content? ✔️We’ll email you with the merch details, contents, thumbnail, title, keywords to include in description, and tags for each mission. Please create the videos by following the guidelines provided to you by email. 🙋 How long do the videos have to be? ✔️5 to 30 minutes ✔️The videos just need to be long enough to fully review the merch. 🟥 Penalties Should you exceed the maximum number of penalties allowed, you will be disqualified as product tester and the items sent to you may be withdrawn. 💢 Ghosting and failing to complete mission 💢 Canceling due to simple change of mind after results are announced 💢 Failing to upload content or upload within deadline 💢 Failing to include promotional text 💢 Unlisting or deleting content (Videos must remain public for at least 6 months.) 💢 Reselling the provided products * This event is for registered customers at YG SELECT.
