JISOO FIRST SINGLE ALBUM [ME] YG TAG ALBUM (LP Ver.)

JISOO, who carved out a niche in the global music industry, is raising a lot of expectations with skills and appearance she will show with the new album.

JISOO FIRST SINGLE ALBUM [ME] YG TAG ALBUM (LP Ver.) comes in two versions A and B. TAG LP, the mini LP crafted from the eco-friendly bio plastic ECOZEN, the photocard set that includes the images of the music video, as well as the random selfie photocard set make it more worth your investment. It is available for pre-order starting on March 22 and will be released at YG SELECT, Weverse Shop, KTOWN4U, and online/offline record shops in South Korea on Match 31.

4YG TAG ALBUM (LP Ver.) is a mini version of LP created by NEMOZ using the eco-friendly bio plastic material ECOZEN. Use the NFC function to register TAG ALBUM (LP Ver.) to the YG x NEMOZ app and enjoy the contents.

1) Download the YG X NEMOZ app on your smartphone > Sign out
2) Scan TAG ALBUM (LP Ver.) on the YG x NEMOZ app
3) Register your YG TAG ALBUM (LP Ver.) on your account > Listen to the music
4) Scan and verify your TAG ALBUM (LP Ver.) to enjoy music, videos, pictures, and various contents on the YG X NEMOZ app.
5) The YG X NEMOZ app is available in 12 languages in order to allow international fans to enjoy the contents of YG artists more easily.
6) The number of YG TAG ALBUM (LP Ver.) sold is counted on Circle Chart and Hanteo Chart.

* Once your YG TAG ALBUM is registered, the album cannot be added to another account.
* Streaming is permitted on up to 2 devices per YG x NEMOZ account. After one of your devices is deactivated, you can register a new device. Only one request for deactivation due to your missing device registered on the app can be accepted per month.

■ Customs and Duties
The recipient is responsible for all/any import duties and taxes which may occur during international shipments.

■ For Product Returns due to Reasons Caused by the Customer
Any product returns due to reasons caused by the customer which includes but not limited to: incorrect shipping address, unidentifiable recipient, unpaid taxes and duties and etc.
- The customer is responsible for all/any relevant expenses during The return process such as round-trip shipping, customs and etc. This will be done by either deduction from refunds or extra charges.

(1) Process for refund requests
Once the parcel returns, refund will be issued after subtracting all fees and expenses.
Price will vary depending on shipping methods from the returned product.

(2) For re-delivery requests
We'll reship it for you if you pay the reshipment fee.

Exchanges and Returns

- Exchanges are available within 7 days after delivery (unless the packaging is opened or damaged, resulting in loss of commercial value).

※ Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges (including size/color exchanges).

※ Please send your return package only after you submit a request via Private Inquiry.

Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:

- Simple change of mind

- Items that are lost or damaged due to customer mishandling, unless the packaging was damaged in order to confirm the contents of the product

- Items that lost commercial value due to opened or damaged packaging

(e.g.: Home appliances, food, CDs/DVDs, etc.; however, exchange and return requests for items with a screen such as laptops, LCD monitors, and digital cameras due to defective pixels will be resolved in accordance with the manufacturer's standards.)

- Items that notably lost commercial value due to the customer's use or partial consumption (in case of cosmetics, applicable only to products with sample testers provided)

- Items that notably lost commercial value over time and are not eligible for resale

- Reproduceable items with damaged packaging
