[How to Enter]

1) Event Date: 2021.09.26(SUN) 19:30 ~ KST

 * Only fansign entry album (Kits and LP versions excluded) are eligible for entry.

6) How to enter: Enter the required information on the fansign entry album page and place your order to automatically enter.


7) Details: 
 1. What is a video call signing event?

   An artist fansign event held via video call for a predetermined period(a minute and a half).
 
   Video calls are held on LINE only.
   Winners will notified via LINE message 5 minutes before the call.  
 
   Video calls can only be made to the LINE ID (Video Call) that is provided after consenting to personal data collection. (Changes cannot be made after entry.)  
   If anyone other than the winner participates in the video call, the call may be ended by staff. 
  
 
 2. How to participate in video call
 
   - Prepare your mobile phone in advance and wait for your turn.
   - Answer the video call made to you.
   - Proceed with the artist signing event.
   - Album signing and video calls are done at the same time. The signed album will be shipped to you separately.
   - End the video call once the signing event is over.
 
   "If the video call is deemed inappropriate, your participation may be denied."
 




[Read Before Entering]

1. If the video call goes unanswered more than twice, your turn will be canceled.
Please check the video call schedule and enter only if you are available at that time.
(If the call goes unanswered twice, a final call will be made before the end of the event. Please note that calls will not be made again if the call goes unanswered the third time.)

2. Video calls can only be made to the LINE ID (Video call) provided during entry. (Changes cannot be made after entry.)

3. Duplicate entries and substitute entries are accepted. However, only the winners themselves may participate on the day of the fansign event.

4. This product contains an event entry ticket. Cancellations and returns for change of mind are not accepted after winner announcement.

5. Winners are drawn only from the personal information provided at entry. Album signings are done only in the winner’s actual name. (Contact information is required.)
To enter, please provide the English or Korean name as written on your identification card or passport.
Names that do not match identification are not accepted. 
* We are not responsible for disadvantages that occur from incorrect names.

★★★ If you place multiple orders during the pre-order period, the total quantity purchased will equal the number of entries made per ID.
Example: 3 albums purchased on day 1 / 5 albums purchased on day 2 > Total 8 albums purchased during pre-order period > Automatically entered 8 times
 
6. Event participation may be canceled in case of problems in your network connection issues. Please check your network environment in advance.

7. In relation to the Personal Information Protection Act, the following personal information is collected and shared for the purposes of confirming duplicate winners and shipping products.
- Personal information recipient: YG Plus Inc.
- Collected information: Name, date of birth, contact information, address, LINE ID, photo of identification
- Purpose of collection: Entry and participation for LISA FIRST SINGLE ALBUM LALISA album Video Call Fansign Event
- Period of retention: Information will be disposed of 7 days after end of event.
 
8. This event is subject to change and termination without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.





[Cautions for Winners]

- The signing events will take place sequentially
- Be sure to check the order of the winners in the announcement before the signing event.
- We'll notify you in advance by sending a message from the channel (LINE) five minutes before the video call.
- If you don't answer the phone more than once, the order will be transferred to the next winner, so be sure to answer the phone.
- Please note that if the winner does not end the call, the call may be forced to end.





[How to write options to enter]

1. Album Option : WHITE ver.,BLACK ver. (Choice)
2. Applicant Name : For foreigners fill in the English name in passport
3. Contact Number : For foreigners fill in your phone number including country calling codes
4. E-mail Address : An email address that you can contact.
5. Date of Birth : YYYYMMDD
6. LINE ID : LINE Messenger ID (Changes cannot be made after entry)
7. LINE Phone number : Phone number registered to LINE 
– Winners are added as LINE messenger contacts according to registered mobile number. Please check the mobile phone number registered on your LINE account.
8. [Foreigners only] Available Languages : Please let us know what languages you can speak.
9. [Foreigners only] Name pronunciation in KR or EN : (For example. Sara -> 사라, 李伟 -> Li Wei)
