[Notice on Event Operation]

- The identity of the winners will be confirmed and numbered tickets will be distributed starting 60 minutes before the fan sign event.
- Individuals wearing a mask may enter after having applied hand sanitizer.
- Moving seats is not permitted during the event. You may be asked to leave if you arbitrarily move to another seat.
- The artist will be accepting gifts and letters via the staff members at this event.
- Props that the artist must wear on site, such as headbands, hats, clothing, and other accessories, will not be accepted. Please note that even if you bring such gifts, the artist will not be accepting them.
- An album to be autographed will be provided at the fan sign event for all winners (who entered online and in person). (Autographs will not be provided on any album(s) you bring with you.)
- Please prepare a sticky note with the (one) name that you would like the autograph to be made out to.

* Please write “TO (your name)” on the sticky note, then put it inside the album that the artist will autograph.
* Only one stick note can be attached to the page on which you would like to receive an autograph. The sticky note can contain one multiple-choice or closed question. (Open-ended questions are not accepted.)
- Multiple-choice: Up to five choices are accepted. An “Other (open-response)” choice is not accepted.
- Closed: Only “A vs. B” or “Yes/No” questions are accepted.
* Please note that your question may be denied on site if the content of the question is deemed inappropriate (such as the mention of another artist, personal questions, and questions about rumors or false information) or if the content of the question contains an unreasonable request.



[Event Caution]

- Please make sure to wear a KF94mask and disposable gloves at the event, and do not remove them while on site.
- Entry will be restricted for individuals who do not wear a KF94mask. Those who take off their KF94mask during the event will be asked to leave immediately. Please make sure to wear a KF94mask during the event.
- Please bring your ID as your identity will be checked before entry. 
(You will be able to enter if the name on your ID and the name with which you applied match.)

* IDs that can be used for identity confirmation are as follows. Please check in advance.
- Korean minors: Elementary, middle, and high school student IDs, passport, or a nationally recognized certificate showing an ID photo and date of birth
- Korean adults: Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, or passport
- All non-Koreans: Passport or Alien Registration Card
- Excluding minors, student IDs (including university student IDs) will not be accepted for identity confirmation.
* Only physical proof of identification showing a photo and date of birth will be accepted. Photos of IDs will not be accepted.

- Tickets for this event are non-transferable. (Perpetrators may be forced to leave.)
- Individuals who attend this event under someone else’s name will be forced to leave.
- Please refrain from proposing unreasonable requests to the artist during the event.
- Direct contact with the artist is not permitted.
- Filming or recording is not permitted once you start moving forward to receive an autograph from the artist(s).
- When you start moving forward to receive an autograph from the artist(s), our staff will be checking cell phones or devices with recording functions (including Bluetooth earphones and smart watches). Violation of the applicable rule will lead to confiscation of memory cards, deletion, and expulsion from the event.
- Personal conversation is not permitted at this fan-sign event.
- Please read this notice carefully as we are not responsible for any situation that arises due to failure to understand its content.
