[Notice on Event Operation]

- The identity of the winners will be confirmed and numbered tickets will be distributed starting 60 minutes before the fan sign event.
- Individuals wearing a mask may enter after having applied hand sanitizer.
- Moving seats is not permitted during the event. You may be asked to leave if you arbitrarily move to another seat.
- Please note that giving the present or asking to wear personal fan tools (such as headbands, glasses, necklaces, bracelet and so on) to the artist are prohibited during the fan sign event. (You may not bring gifts with you up onto the stage. Please note that any gift will be returned immediately.) 
- One of the albums you purchased within the event entry period will be provided on site, the cover of which will be autographed by the artist. (You may not choose which album you would like to be autographed.)



[Event Caution]

- Please wear a mask inside the event venue (at the lobby and the seat) and make sure to wear a mask especially when you come up to the podium.
- Dear fans, please take precautions (such as wearing masks and washing hands) to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 
- Please bring your ID as your identity will be checked before entry.
(You will be able to enter if the name on your ID and the name with which you applied match.)

* IDs that can be used for identity confirmation are as follows. Please check in advance.
- Korean minors: Elementary, middle, and high school student IDs, passport, or a nationally recognized certificate showing an ID photo and date of birth
- Korean adults: Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, or passport
- All non-Koreans: Passport or Alien Registration Card
- Excluding minors, student IDs (including university student IDs) will not be accepted for identity confirmation.
- For foreigners, the English name entered in the event must be the same as the English name on your ID, and you can only enter based on that name. (You cannot enter the event under a Korean name.)
* Only physical proof of identification showing a photo and date of birth will be accepted. Photos of IDs will not be accepted.
- Tickets for this event are non-transferable. (Perpetrators may be forced to leave.)
- Individuals who attend this event under someone else’s name will be forced to leave.
- Please refrain from proposing unreasonable requests to the artist during the event.
- Direct contact with the artist is not permitted.
- During this entire event, shooting and recording are prohibited. Please leave your electronic devices including recording devices such as cellphones, digital cameras in the waiting area. 
- When you start moving forward to receive an autograph from the artist(s), our staff will be checking cell phones or devices with recording functions (including Bluetooth earphones and smart watches). Violation of the applicable rule will lead to confiscation of memory cards, deletion, and expulsion from the event.
- Personal conversation is not permitted at this fan-sign event.
- Please read this notice carefully as we are not responsible for any situation that arises due to failure to understand its content.
