🚚 We would like to inform you of the delivery schedule according to the closure of the logistics center during the Lunar New Year holidays in 2024.

✔️  Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (at noon) on Wednesday, 7th February: To be shipped before the Lunar New Year holidays

✔️  Orders placed from 8th Feb (Thu) to 12th Feb (Mon) : To be shipped in order after Lunar New Year holidays

* Orders placed on Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th February may be shipped after the Lunar New Year holiday, depending on parcel volume.

* If youhave purchased a pre-sale product, the product will be shipped according to the shipping date listed on each product detail page.

* Please note that the customer center will be closed during the Lunar New Year holidays from 9th February (Fri) to 12th February (Mon) and may not be able to respond to inquiries. If you have any inquiries, please leave them on the 1:1 support board and we will respond to them in turn after the holidays.

During and after the holidays, delivery may be delayed due to the high volume of deliveries to couriers.

Please be patient and consider the delivery schedule before placing your order.
